1. Data controller

2. What we collect through this website

• Enquiry data you choose to provide: name, email address, optional telephone number, optional country of residence, preferred language and the content of your message.
• Technical data needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser type and request times, processed by our hosting provider and spam-protection service.
• Your privacy preferences, stored in your own browser.

3. Health information

Information about your health is a special category of personal data. The website contact form is designed for general enquiries only. Please do not include medical histories, diagnoses, radiographs or photographs. If clinical information needs to be exchanged, the clinic will explain a suitable method.

4. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your enquiry and arranging appointments — to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c); GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Protecting the website against spam and abuse — legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Meeting legal obligations, where applicable (KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç); GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Optional features such as the interactive map or analytics — only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

5. Recipients

Enquiry data is shared only with service providers acting on our instructions, such as the website host, the email delivery provider and the spam-protection service, and only to the extent necessary. We do not sell personal data or use enquiry data for advertising.

6. International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside Türkiye. Where this occurs, transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 of KVKK and, where applicable, Chapter V of the GDPR, using the safeguards those laws require.

7. Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are kept only for as long as needed to respond and to handle any follow-up, and are then deleted. Where you become a patient, records are kept in accordance with the retention periods required for healthcare records.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK, and Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR where applicable, you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and information about recipients and transfers. You may also withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.

Requests may be submitted in writing to the controller using the contact details below. You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority of Türkiye (KVKK), to the supervisory authority in your EU country of residence, or, in the United Kingdom, to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
